WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
WHAT KIND OF SHOES DO I NEED TO WEAR?
You're welcome to wear socks or go all natural with bare feet! It's all about you, so wear what makes you comfortable! Heels are always fun; they provide some added dimensions to the workouts and they don't look half-bad either. But let's be real...if you are not accustomed to heels in general they won't be any easier on the dance floor.
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
While we are fuller figure friendly, our poles and anchoring are not equipped to handle excessive force. Please contact the studio for specifications.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
Experience never hurts, but how are you going to get some if you don't have any? That's the idea behind 'Introduction to Pole'. It's a required class so that we can ensure you're safe and starting this journey the right way.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You should try to arrive 5-10 minutes prior because we start and end on time.
IF I DON'T LIKE THE CLASS, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
No refunds are given. You'll start with an 'Introduction to Pole' class. After that you can decide if pole fitness is right for you.
ARE CLASSES OPEN FOR PUBLIC OBSERVATION?
We protect your privacy. No observers are allowed during class time. The studio is private and is not visible from the street or sidewalk. We do offer invitation-only observations for showcase events, but never for our classes.
DO YOU HAVE DAYCARE/CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
No. No children are allowed in the studio or to wait in cars while adults are attending. No exceptions.
CAN I JUST SHOW UP FOR CLASS OR DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP AND PAY BEFOREHAND?
No. Classes sizes are limited to ensure everyone gets adequate pole time. Registering either through this website, the MindBody mobile app, or by contacting us at 317-908-5941 guarantee a reservation for class. All class registrations require pre-payment.
